FAQs

  • How often are Level 2 Core classes offered?

We offer three sessions of Level 2 Core classes each year: Winter session (January to April); Spring/Summer session (May to August); Fall session (September to December). We try to schedule the classes on different days and at different times of day each session so that everyone can find classes that work for their schedule.

  • Can I attend these courses asynchronously?

The Level 2 Core courses are central to understanding the principles and strategies at the heart of the Color Vowel® Approach. They are all required for Color Vowel® Level 2 certification. As a result, live interaction and feedback from one of our instructors is essential. We all have busy lives and occasionally things happen, so we have make-up policies for participants who may have to miss a class.

  • What happens if I can't attend one of the courses during this session?

If you purchase a bundle and then discover you are unable to attend one or more of the courses included in the bundle, just contact us at [email protected]. We'll arrange for you to take the course(s) at a later date at no extra cost.

  • Can I get a refund if I don't attend one of the courses?

We don't issue refunds for training purchases, but we will extend credit and help you register for alternative training opportunities instead.

  • Why does it cost more to pay in monthly installments?

We charge a small fee to administer monthly payment plans.
